This site, qpacalculator.com ("QPA Calculator", "we", "us"), is operated by Lido as a service of Lido IDR (lidoidr.com). It publishes the IRS indexing factors for the No Surprises Act qualifying payment amount and a free calculator that applies them. This policy explains what information the site handles.

What this site contains

Reference tables and a calculator built from public government data: IRS notices and the CMS federal IDR public use files. Nothing on this site contains patient information.

The calculator runs in your browser

Numbers you type into the calculator never leave your device. The math runs locally on the page, and we do not receive, store, or transmit the rates you enter.

Information we collect

• No forms. This site has no contact forms and no accounts, and it collects no personal information directly.
• No analytics or advertising scripts. We do not set cookies and we do not load third party trackers on this site.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

Sharing
